In February 2025 I did an online application for a Home internet Pro 20 Mbs. On the adverti*****t it was showing the router comes with a Takealot voucher for R200.00 and when I spoke to the sales person he comfirmed that it comes with a Takealot voucher. The application was approved and the Router was delivered on 26/02/2025 upon receiving the router I phoned to inquire about the voucher I was told that I will get the voucher after 10 days of using the router it will come in a form of SMS. I have been calling mtn and mtn rewards they aid they will do an investigation. 01 April 2025 I received a SMS with feedback back saying despite for my contract is invalid. Mtn is doing false adverti*****t and misleading customers.
