IMTN lost my phone! No delivery...

I've upgraded my phone contract telephonically at MTN on 02 August 2017. Up to this date no one has called me for delivery. I sent a mail to mtn and no one responded. I've phoned mtn as wel as the courier company numerious times. Mtn tells me that my phone has been sent to the courier company, and then puts me trough to the courier company. The courier company sais that my parcell is not with them, and that my ID nor order number is shown on their system. Mtn said that I cant cancel the contract, since the phone has been sent to me allready! I dont know what to do anymore. I dont complain easily, but this matter is really unacceptable.

I believe that my phone is lost!!
