Impressive customer service - Zaihda Kuhn

<p>After constanlty banging my head on MTN insurance number - ********** 084. Where you are put on hold forever and ever and ever. After chatting to store people who give you useless advise and experiencing slow service. After the claim accessor messed up my claim and him (Tshepo N) totally ignoring all communication (very frustrating).</p> <p> </p> <p>My query landed on Zaihda Kuhn's radar, she was extremely efficient. I hope she can spread her efficiency to the rest of the MTN insurance team</p>
