Would like to thank Adelaide Moremi [ MTN ] for the wonderful service she gave me. I struggled for over a month to do a SIM SWAP, and you can imagine how frustrated and angry I was when making that call on the 30/01/2015. <br> My anger just vanished because of this wonderful, friendly lady. <br> <br> Even though the SIM SWAP was not done yesterday due to some technical issues, I understood because of the way she explained.
