Impossible upgrade MTN

I ham due for an upgrade and have attempted to di this at an MTN store as well as iStore since 14 December. There is a strange “Communication Error” that pops up after I receive a confirmation that all checks have been completed and passed. Calling the MTN helpline was totally useless for me as well as the agent assisting. I guess I will have to wait for the contact to run out in March and then move to another company. Very frustrating.
