Impossible to upgrade or cancel existing contract
My existing contract has expired in February and since 05/02/2015 I've been trying to change/renew my contract without success. I've send emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] I've also phoned 809 at least 8 times with being dropped after holding and being referred to different departments every single time. I've just been dropped again after 25 minutes on the phone. In the meantime I've been wrongly billed twice already.<br> What else do I have to do to get my contract changed and my credits paid back to me???
