IMPOSSIBLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE TO CALLER TUNES
I'm logging this complaint on behalf of my mother-in-law who is technologically challenged. Add MTN's mission to make it impossible to unsubscribe/ cancel/ stop caller tunes (that she never subscribed to), and you have one frustrated customer. We've tried every suggestion from MTN texts, MTN outlets, google, to similar queries on hellopeter. Not even your replies to these complaints (on hellopeter) are consistent by the way
