Impossible to unsubscribe from MTN spam

MTN keeps on sending me MoMo spam (for example advertising 1GB data at R149) in spite of me complaining about this on hellopeter previously. The message says you can opt out using *135# but when you go there there is no option to opt out of spam. I will now report them to the ISPA

*136# 4 4 1 is not an opt out of spam it is an opt out of getting an alert when your data voice and SMS reach 50%, 80% and 100% used. You don't even know your own system!!!!

I have disabled spam as per the instructions above regarding Direct Marketing, yet I am still receiving spam. Just got this from 32570:
