Impossible to take out a new month to month contract

App**** for a month to month contract online. I live on a farm. Courier to my friend didn't work. So I went to store in town and they said cancel online and they'll do it. So I did. But then MTN system wouldn't accept my address! In the end nothing they could do. So I app**** online again thinking I can try to arrange with the courier this time. I heard no response so I queried what was going on. Here's MTN's reply:

Kindly note that your application has been declined. We look forward to being of service to you.
