IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON
No matter how many times I phone there is NO option to speak to a live human being. I have huge issues with my phone service being arbitrarily cut with a very large balance outstanding on the number. I need to speak to someone URGENTLY please.
