Impossible to reach
Since last making a complaint on hello Pete I still have not received a response. I have tried calling numerous times, trying all different options...... press 1 for blah blah blah....enter you phone number...... repeat phone number......5 minutes pass.....press 5 for operator..... always heavy call load...ALWAYS!!!!! then the call is dropped. Basically a big F-you very much every time, and what options do I have????? just to phone again and again and again..... never mind the headache I expect to get when actually discussing the issue at hand with anybody.<br> <br> I used the balance inquiry \service"*141# it states I have sufficient data on my bundle for an update and R300 odd [URL Removed] download..suddenly stops...no more data??? check *141# again"

Please bear with us, we are aware that there are technical problems experienced in our call centre resulting in calls being dropped. The matter is receiving priority attention.
Kindly be advised that our system shows that after your internet bundle was depleted, you were then charged from your airtime balance because you were left with the Night Express Giveback bundle. The Night Express bundle is a promotion where you receive giveback data with every data bundle purchase which can only be used between 00:01 to 05:59 daily for the period of the bundle. For a full data balance view, kindly dial *141*1#ok and select option 2 that will show you the different data bundle balance that you have on your account.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
