Impossible to not get invasive MTN menu popup adds

The pop-up adds that I cannot disable is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. The MTN menu that is installed on my Samsung S20 FE that cannot be removed or disabled that keeps spamming me with constant adds is really getting on my nerves.

Just now I was busy typing a message when the popup add suddenly appeared with the accept button exactly where the next character I was aiming to type was.

I disabled everything I can in the MTN Menu app and I unsubscribed from all 4 services using USSD. Yet somehow I still get these adds.

I'm paying MTN a monthly subscription fee, I'm not using any of your services for free. Nowhere did I even consent to be irritated and annoyed by these near daily popup adds more annoying than SMS spam.

Looking at other complaints this seem to be a common issue, and all results being private tells make that MTN have no intention of stopping the practice and will deliberately make information on how to disable it unavailable to people unless they actively complain.

Please tell me how to completely disable these popup adds from my phone so that I will never receive even one again.

I moved from MTN to Vodacom a few years ago, I though I'd give MTN another go withy my previous upgrade. I'm not making that mistake again, unless MTN fix this for me permanently I'm porting my number and never again moving back to MTN ever.

If this is not fixed soon I'm going to lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities.
