Impossible to leave MTN …surely it is ******* to keep customers against their will?

<p>I have an MTN contract whose manadatory period is expired. I now want to cancel the contract. Went into an MTN store who told me I had to cancel it on the telephone. Impossible to get hold of MTN by telephone, all numbers are either permanently enagaged or you cannot speak to a person. Feel as if its all a scheme to keep you on as a customer even if you want to leave. Sent customer services an email, no response. Surely this is *******? </p>
