Impossible to join this network
Today will be day number 9 in which I'm trying to get a cellphone contract with MTN. So far I have been unsuccessful as the status of my application seem to stay in processing and just isn't resolved. I have been going back everyday since 30/06/2015 to try and get this resolved and all I get is shoulder shrugs and we are sorry but your request is still processing. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, not even the licensing department is this bad. Today is 08/07/2015 and I'm not optimistic.
