IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO MTN LEGAL
My account has been paid, but MTN refuse to unblock my cell number, i hold on for 30min then they tell me to contact legal, which is impossible, the call centre and stores in JHB dont know themselves how to contact MTN legal, so how must i? my account is paid long time, i just need my number unblocked. this is pathetic service, and its not the first time.
