Impossible to Get Hold of MTN When Your Phone Has Been Hacked

My wife's phone (Mobile number ***) has been hacked into and ********** activity is taking place. She has an MTN contract, but it is impossible to make any contact with MTN. When holding on at their customer care phone number, after a (relatively short while) the line goes dead. Despite searching Google, there is no MTN website that appears anywhere - either we are technologically *********** or they have very successfully hidden themselves away from customers. And with this experience, I hold little hope for a response to an email sent to their customer care email address.

In these days of frequent hacking activities, it would be helpful if MTN made it possible to contact them, and not cut you off all the time, and also have a dedicated number/website to report *****.

They seem more interested in taking your money and guarding their excessive profits than protecting their customers, despite what they might say. Actions speak louder than words.
