impossible to get feedback
Hello. I have had troubles connecting to help desk. I did not receive my invoice this month (via email as i usually do)

Regarding the R797.61 for packet switch data charges, this has been escalated to our billing team to provide you with a copy of the URL report and a breakdown of the charge.
