Impossible to get an invoice

<p>Good day, I've never received my invoice, for the month of August 2016. I've been phoning from Wednesday the 7th Sept, requesting my August 2016 statement, which has been nearly impossible to get. Is it for any in MTN possible, to send me my statement for all numbers on my account, for the month of August 2016? I need this invoice for reimbursment purposes</p>
