IMpossible to get a hold of call centre

I have been trying to get a hold of a living persons at MTN's call centre- but this seems to be nearly impossible. I have called at least 4 times in the last couple of days, being put on hold for 10min at a time, but still not being able to talk to anyone. <br> <br> Why have a call centre if calling there resolves nothing!!!!
