Impossible to contact MTN to cancel contract
<p> </p> <p>Why is it so difficult to cancel with MTN? 3 calls of over 15 Min each with the call eventually ringing off, it is a data contract so i can not call off the line in question.</p> <p>This type of service delivery is why i have moved all my company and personal cellphone as well as data contracts from MTN.</p> <p>MTN PLEASE CONTACT ME ON ********** . This is beyond pathetic....</p>
Mtn respond to my rating on the 18/04/17, matter has been escalated to relevant department. WE ARE NOW ON THE 24TH OF APRIL MTN.
