Impossible to contact if phone ******

MTN's rating of 1,8 is much to high!!! My wifes phone was just ****** and it is impossible to get hold of MTN to cancel it. The menu selection to get an operator on 083135 does not work, pathetic. Nothing worse that multibillion rand companies cant get the small things like customer service right. Pathetic!!!!!
