Impossible to contact a Sales Rep

We are a company which would like to move a number of our business mobile subscribers over to MTN. I have been getting very frustrated trying to get hold of someone at MTN Business who would be able to assist us with this deal. It is almost impossible to get through to anyone at the business call centre. Emails to the business sales email address receive no response, and I somehow manage to get the details of a Rep \Lyn Moola"who's cellphone is always off"
