Impossible to contact

I recently tried to get an Acer Aspire E5-571 laptop which appeared on the August 2015 specials booklet distributed by MTN. Four different MTN stores in the Midlands area all had no stock, which I find unacceptable. I then decided to contact Durban stores for assistance. I tried both of the MTN stores in Pavillion, but in both cases the phone just rang and rang. Then I tried Gateway MTN with the same result.
