Impossible to Close the contract!!!!

This company makes it soooo difficult to cancel a contract!!!!!! Don’t do it! They are still charging me for a SIM card that I blocked last year because of a ***** case. They told me to go to the MTN to listen to recordings and they still made me call 135. They said they have no records of me cancelling and I have an sms of who I spoke to that day. Their call centre is a joke! No one helps. They send you to the next person and call gets disconnected. Don’t get a contract with them!!!!
