Impossible to cancel your MTN account

If you ever thought of signing up with MTN, think again. Once you have signed the contract it is impossible to get that contract canceled even if the contract has expired. My Dad passed away 4 weeks again. For the last 4 weeks I have been trying to cancel the contract. Customer services refers you to Legal. I have send the death certificate to 4 different people in Legal, then all communication stops and next week a new person will ask you again for a death certificate while in the mean time they keep on deducting money from the account for the contract. Make sure you do your homework before you sign the contract with MTN !!
