Impossible to cancel MTN data contract *****

Dear MTN After phoning 083 135 numerous times, speaking with consultants, requesting to cancel my data contract, you have not met your end of the contract as I am cut off as soon as I ask for confirmation of cancellation and reference number. I will report you now again to the Ombudsman. I do not ever want want to have anything to do with your company. You ***** my airtime as it is not a free call for me, and waste my time and MO ey. You should be ashamed of your dishonest antics as a company.
