IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL MTN CONTRACT

IMPOSSIBLE to cancel MTN cellphone contracts. Contract expired early 2021. i canceeled in July. contract would be cancelled as of end August 2021. have received emails requesting that i please renew contract etc etc. i dont need another contract. Debit order keeps running every month.

I want this cancelled and i want to be refunded. i have not been using that number for a few months
