Impossible to cancel expired contracts

If I could give 0 stars I would.

After spending a frustrating morning trying to cancel my expired contract without any success I finally gave up and opted to complain online. Perhaps this works?

I was told in-store that I could only cancel via phone. I've phoned several times over the past couple of hours, but every time I reach one of their agents, the line is dropped, or I hear background noise and no-one speaking, or the line on their end keeps cutting out.

I guess their plan is just to make it impossible to cancel so that you have to keep paying.
