IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS

Cancelling MTN contracts is a nightmare. I swear this thing of them not being able to cancel contracts in store anymore is a money making scheme! I have been trying to cancel this contract for 2 weeks now but the cancellation department always puts me on hold. I spend an hour of my day calling them with no luck and you'd think the debit orders would stop when the 24 months lapses, no ma'am!!!! They don't answer your calls but keep taking your money!
