IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

MTN is a total no go, it is impossible to cancel contract, took me 6 months to cancel my previous contract.

This year 13 March I requested month to month internet, I paid full amount and prorata for March, After a month Router was not delivered after spending so much airtime calling them everyday, till I cancelled the contract buy till I was not refund.

Dear MTN how you treat your customers says a lot that you careless.
