Impossible to cancel contract after 24 months
I have a data contract with MTN that is 24 months old that I want to cancel.
Apparently this can't be done at the branch anymore and you have to call 808 during business hours.

The problem is that in the last week I have been on hold for 60 minutes to this number but never get to speak to a consultant as the calls drop after 5 mins or so.

I eventually contacted MTN nicolway who advised me to call ***.
I have tried this number 3 times now but nobody seems to answer it. I have been on hold for 90 minutes in total to that number.

If I had known that I would not be able to cancel a contract with MTN I would never have taken one.

It is truly pathetic service from them.
