impossible to cancel a contract woth mtn
<p>I tried to cancel my contract with mtn the consultant persuaded me to take a data package of 1 gig on a month to month basis. I agrred. This was three weeks ago today i phones to fond out why i had not received my data and was told the upgrade was not approved due to an outstanding balance which is umpossible as inever miss a payment. Anyway no one phoned to let me know it wasn't approved. Then tried to get hold of retentions to cancel spent over 30 rand on airtime phoning the joburg no. Will MTN pls cancel my contract ********** 527 i cannot get through telephonicly. I intend to also cancel my other two contracts and finally be done with MTM. Have just had endless problems</p>

Kindly be advised due to the contract expiring on 2016-11-15, the contract will be cancelled at the end term date. Please take note upon the contract termination of number 081 ****527, the remaining balance of your airtime/sms/data bundles balances will be forfeited.
