Impossible to cancel a contract.

Possibly the worst service in South Africa. MTN makes it impossible to cancel a contract. You can't cancel a contract in store and have to phone in and cancel. I have been trying to call them every day for two hours, no answer. Useless and pathetic. In 2021 surely there must be a way to do in online. Definitely will not be using their services in the future.
