Impossible to cancel a contract

I'm trying to get through to Cancellations. Their app doesn't give me the option to cancel a contract. So I have no choice but to phone. I lost connection after over 20 minutes on hold the first time. I've now been on hold for another 20 minutes. This feels like a ploy to discourage you from cancelling a contract! Nobody has the time to sit on hold for 40 minutes, so they drop the call eventually. If we make it impossible for you to cancel a contract, then we get to retain the contract be default. This **** should be *******!!
