Impossible to cancel a contract

Impossible to cancel a contract. 10+ phone calls to the call centre only to be put hold for 10min or more each time.

Next up, email correspondence that doesn't work. Why would it when it is so easy to ignore an email...

All I want to do is cancel my contract that has already come to an end but is now being debited on a monthly basis.
