Impossible to Blacklist device more than 24hrs later

I am beyond frustrated. My phone was ****** yesterday (28 September 2021) at the gym and I have been calling you to blacklist it since yesterday and you have been "offline" since. As a result, I cannot open a case against the person that stole it as I need an ITC number from you. I was told to wait for 2 hours and try again, I di that. I then waited for 24hrs and tried again yet you are still offline. I need a solution to this ASAP as I need to open a case in order to retrieve my phone. This is urgent and I do not think you understand just how urgent I need to open a case. This is ridiculous. I will be cancelling my contract with you guys, what a disgrace!
