Impossible IVR
I have been trying to get in contact with your legal department to sort out my account but its such a hassle to speak to a human via your guy's IVR. I have been sending emails and even posted on Facebook but its just silent. I need urgent assistance as I paid the arrears amount and would like my account to be reinstated

I finally got through to a person just to tell me I still owe you more money after I made a payment of what the last statement said I needed to pay. but when I told her I paid what the statement said she will put me through to another department just for the call to drop and I have to start all of this all over again
