Impersonal response
I received a reply from mtn on my complaint but its just a general response, up until today I have received no feedback on the phone I enquired about and even in their response no mention is made of how they will assist me or even when the phone will be available, I just got a generic response which irritates me even more and tells me that once again MTN DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR COMPLAINTS !!!!!! I am completely appalled by this service provider.
