IMEI violation - MTN treats us like we are *********

REF: SMC/*** & REQ *** I was sold a month to month sim only deal at the MTN store. When buying this, I was told that i can use this in any device. When i initially put the sim into the device it worked just fine. Now my service has been suspended and I keep getting emails and SMS messages from MTN about a IMEI violation. The call centre sends you from pillar to post and nobody wants to assist. This is all a ploy to force me to buy a network locked router from them. Please sort out my service ASAP. If this is not resolved i will be reporting you to ICASA
