IMEI no ***

Good day kagiso

Thank u for responding but as usual MTN is just making excuses than solving the problem I am paying for a phone which I DONT HAVE nor USE do u think that is in order for a client to wait weeks and months for a phone and then still need to pay for the contract and inconveniencing the customer as well not even giving a call or even progress report. U want an IMEI number well I have supp**** it for you *** lame excuse you use instead of giving an solution. I am very disappointed in MTN and the way they handle stuff right now and to come onto hello peter to get even a response out of u is pathetic service. What if I decide not to pay any futher untill I get a phone cause now I have to spend more money just to know what the hell is going on. You guys can at least give a special gift for the long wait or even an extra phone my goodness just something as part of showing appreciation and compassion for the long wait. What kind of service is this. How long will this go on if you don't take too much money you keep the customers phone without caring about the inconvenience and still charge the customer. UNBELIEVABLE BAD SERVICE after being such a loyal customer
