IMEI
I need to get my phone screen fixed, but in order to do this I need my IMEI number for my phone. Because I had my phone delivered through MTN Direct I have no IMEI number associated with my contract and was told I need to contact MTN Direct to request. I have tried all morning to get through to the call center ***) but my call keeps getting CANCELLED. I need this sorted out ASAP. So close to switching service providers!
