I'm writing this review based on my experiences when I've upgraded my contract or added new contracts (in 2020, 2021, and 2023). Every time I choose to upgrade my contract, the process takes about 5 days instead of a few hours. Granted, I have to submit a SAFPS letter because my personal data was compromised about 7 years ago, but I submit it with the application even before MTN requests it. It's a huge inconvenience, and I'm starting to reconsider the 15-year relationship (6 years in my personal capacity) my family had had with MTN.
