I'm tired with MTN 😫

My MTN account has not been fix, now I have been charged R672 which I said I didn't agree to and I have received and email about refund yet nothing has happened and I called to confirm if my account has been taken back to what it was before and they said yes.

Can I please get my refund back into my cheque account as I really need that money to pay other debts.Can someone take this as a serious matter and resolve it
