I'm still waiting for my Smart Watch
I still have not been contacted yet my complaint has been closed and I'm told to rate. What kind of filthy service is this I'm appalled. I'm still waiting for my Huawei Smart watch GT why is it taking so long?????

According to our records our colleague Alice had already responded to your question with the below:
Thank you for your post.
We sincere apologised for any inconvenienced caused to you.
You need to go back to the store in Alberton and speak to the store manager regarding this.
To qualify for the Huawei GT Sport watch you should have registered on the device with the App to redeemed the watch voucher to claim this. I you have not registered on the App you will not qualify for this product.
MTN is only responsible for the device, the watch product need to be claimed from the promotion sales department not with MTN and the watch will be delivered to you by them and not by MTN. MTN will not receive any stock for this products.
