I’m soo disappointed at this insurance monitorkzn from mtn

I very disappointed and angry at this insurance monitorkzn it’s been 3months I’m still waiting for my phone after they promised me that it was gonna be delivered till now they service delivery is disgusting n unprofessional and their “latest” was on Friday last week but even now I’m still waiting I spoke to a few people Zandile.M@monitor and ********** za.they promised me but there has been no communication. Only today because I called to make a follow up and Kwenza is telling that if I change the address it’s going to delay more. I need my phone ASAP what irritates me the most is that I have a business that I’m tuning using my phone and not this is so inconvenience like I can’t be suffering just because you guys can’t do you job!!!!the reason I took insurance was for days like this
