Im so angry for late delivery MTN promised 3 days and i have proof

Im not happy with consultant by the name of Nqobile i was chatting with via Facebook from MTN i asked her to call me back and she left me on the chat when i text someone new is chatting..... MTN promised to deliver my device within 3 days and i cancelled my previous service provider till today i havent recieved my package when i ask them on facebook they tell me about 15 days but i got a message from dsv saying they will deliver on the first till now im stuck with no internet and i cant work i hate what is this consultant are doing lying to me...when i call dav they keep me on phone till my airtime is gone please mtn call Me ***.
