Im sick and tired of MTN

This is the second review im writing this week and my query is still not resolved. What does it take to obtain a mere proof of purchase? Or should I come to your office and get it myself? Should my handset get damaged or i loose my phone and unable to claim due to your incompetency I will not pay you a cent. You rather list me and I will take this battle to court.

I have been been calling , emailing and you don't have the nerve to at least keep me updated. You have no respect for your clients at all. Shame on you MTN. IF you cannot give me proof cancel this upgrade and take your phone and I will take my money where I will be appreciated. This is absolutely unacceptable
