I'm pleased that you declined my application for an Additional SIM. I now have reason to jump ship
On or about May 2019 (approximately 15 months ago), MTN approved a new contract for me. Not once during the entire duration of this contract has a payment been missed or been late. My Transuntion ITC score equals 697. Today, the 01/08/2020, you declined my application for an additional SIM because of, what you say, is adverse information. Please, get your facts straight! According to my ITC report, I have no judgements and no defaults. In fact, my ITC Credit Report looks much the same as what it did when you approved my initial contract. Since you now believe that I have become too much of a risk, would it not be in your best interest to immediately terminate my excising contract? Your assessment of my creditworthiness has now determined that I am a risk so, to protect your best interests, I suggest that you immediately terminate my existing contract because you now know that I have become a risk, even with an ITC score of 697 (Good). You cannot come back and say that you were unaware of my risk status because today, when you declined my application for an additional SIM, you determined that I am no longer Creditworthy. Let's cancel this contract rather.... Just to be safe. You might not get paid in the future and you can't say that you never knew about the probabilities. NOTHING ON MY CREDIT PROFILE HAS CAUSED IT TO DETERIORATE so either your scoring systems are as useless as you are or you simply are sourcing the information differently.
