You are the most useless company in terms of offering customer care & satisfaction. So Alice called me on Friday and mind u I have the call recorded on my phone... to tell me the same thing she told me in Nov 2017 that my account had been cancelled and whatever that has been remaining on it was credited. And that she will call me today to finalize the termination of contract. Since that call iv been getting smses from lawyers and so i decided to visit an MTN store Wonderpark and i was advised that the status of my contract is that its blocked not cancelled and i have been handed over... like what kind of BS is this. Are u guys operating a business or is MTN a tuck shop where u dont really get much value 4 ur money. Or do i also have to get my attorney involved. Flippen cancel that contract. I am not paying anything to u guys and yol better send me an update statement reflecting R0 owed. Im really tired of having to complain about the same thing.
