Im not paying

<p>i took a contract phone at an mtn store at traduna mall port elizabeth on the 7th of june and 2days after it gave me problems and i called the store and they i ahould return it, on the 14th i went and i was promised within 3days the phone will be fine and no one called and i sent emails on their careline customer conplaint offices several times and they couldnt assist me and today i got a call from the stores manager to go fetch a loan phone i can use whilst they busy with nine and when i got there she left and was assisted by a consultant that told me the phone was a demo phone and i was ****ed when we tried calling her husband answered and he was at store room of the store and came to me and told me ishould wait for the phone to be fixed or take the matter further and he also left abd what makes me so angry ia the email i got for my first payment for a phone i hardly used its unfair</p>
